KASMER STEPHEN KOLODI It is with deep sorrow the family announce the peacefully passing of Kasmer Stephen Kolodi, age 88 years, beloved husband of Ann, on November 15, 2000, at the Central Park Lodge #2, after a lengthy illness. Kasmer was born in Poland, September 26, 1912 and came to Canada in 1930. He was employed as a painter and decorator for Smith Agency for over 40 years until he retired. Kasmer was a member of Holy Ghost Church. He enjoyed playing golf, bowling and weekly trips to Kenora, Ontario. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 60 years, Ann; his niece Gladys Tetreault and husband Lou; sisters-in-law, Bernice Swatek, Rev. Sr. Petronella, O.M.I., Olga Dybka and Maryanne Dybka; brother-in-law Rev. Fr. Y. Dybka as well as numerous nieces, nephews and their families in Poland. Special thanks to the caregivers at Central Park Lodge #2 for all their care, kindness and compassion towards Kasmer and his family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, November 20, at 1:00 p.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue. Viewing will be prior to the Mass. Entombment will follow the Service at Assumption Mausoleum. Eternal Rest grant unto him O Lord, And let perpetual light shine upon him. Rest in peace, Kasmer.
